ABOUT THE BIG KAHUNA
The Big Kahuna began his broadcast career in San Luis Obispo doing surf reports on KZOZ in 1989. It wasn't long before this talented radio personality became the morning show host full time. Kahuna transferred to a new AGM Station
KOOL105.5 in Las Vegas in 1995. For 11 years Kahuna became one of the most popular air personalities in Las Vegas as a morning show host and program director.
Kahuna has always wanted to return home and in December of 2006 he was given the opportunity to return to the Central Coast and be an instrumental part of taking KIQO live and local. Kahuna has a 19 year old son Nick and shares his life with his fiance Lana and her two kids Jonna and Ciena in Atascadero. Kahuna is now the morning show host for Kahuna and Company broadcasting live from the new Q104-5 studios in San Luis Obispo.
Kahuna is a lifelong Forty Niner, Giants and Lakers Fan who enjoys riding his Harley Davidson, playing golf and calling the Central Coast home. E-mail me at thebigkahunalv@yahoo.com
